How do I print from Proposify?

To print a document, you’ll first download it as a PDF from either the Snapshot or the Client Preview. Once a PDF is downloaded you can open it up in Acrobat and print from there.

When you want to create a new proposal, click +Proposal’ at the top right in your dashboard:

1. Clicking the button will send you to your saved templates list and ask you to pick one to use.
2. If the proposal you’re creating is very similar to a past one you wrote, you can choose to duplicate a past template.

If you want to save a proposal as a template, edit the proposal and click on the small down arrow next to the save button. You’ll see the option to save it as a template. Once you do it will be available for reuse in your Saved Templates section.
