No Way you can use BlackBerry Passport for calling with Jio SIM unless Jio improves their Jio4GVoice App. FYI BlackBerry Passport is NOT VoLTE Phone and hence requires App like Jio4GVoice App to make / receive Calls. The other way I just found out is to install SIP App and get SIP Number (BSNL Wings).
