How to prepare Peshawari chicken?

Heat a kadai and dry roast Cardamom, Cinnamon, Cloves, Pepper corns, Uluva (fenugreek), Perumjeera and cumin (jeera). Add Coriander powder, Chilli Powder, turmeric powder and roast for few seconds. Keep aside for cooling and grind to a fine powder. This is our spice mix for Peshawari chicken.

How to make chicken curry at home?

Heat oil/ghee – Use a large vessel or Kadai good enough to hold 1 kg chicken curry. Heat ghee or oil and then add the whole spices (black cardamom, cloves & cinnamon), and stir for a minute. Fry the onions & tomatoes – When the spices begin to splutter then add the chopped onions and fry till light brown.
