“Please feel free to” is a cliché, so avoid it if you can. Instead just state what you are suggesting to the other person. It’s technically correct, but it doesn’t sound very good. First of all, you’re bluntly demanding that the person contact you on the spot should a question arise. Not very friendly. I recommend this: “You’re welcome to contact me with any questions.”.
