Not only does this program violate our constitution & privacy laws, but also it has potential health hazards. First of all, putting tracking devices in students ID cards violates privacy laws. This means that anyone outside of school might be able to monitor a student if they obtained the student’s tracking number.

A student does not need to be constantly tracked throughout the school. It is an invasion of personal privacy. This would not be acceptable in my school either. I believe that to gain trust from students you must put trust into the students, in our school we have a very small environment so tracking would not be needed.
