  1. self attested photo copy of RTI Application,
  2. self attested copy of PIO’s reply (if any),
  3. any other document(s) supporting the grounds and pleadings in appeal.
  4. Self-attested means, at the bottom of photo copy, write ‘Attested’ and below that put full signature.
