“Please feel free to” is a cliché, so avoid it if you can. Instead just state what you are suggesting to the other person. Both terms are correct, however in colloquial registers we don’t use no with physical possessions but with attitudes and desires. For example we use I have no in phrases like I have no idea what you are talking about. She has no patience with that sort of stupidity.

Is it correct to say contact me with any questions?

It’s technically correct, but it doesn’t sound very good. First of all, you’re bluntly demanding that the person contact you on the spot should a question arise. Not very friendly. I recommend this: “You’re welcome to contact me with any questions.”.
