More than likely its because you’ve only worked your quads while doing some sort of compound lift i.e. squat, deadlifts etc. Since you’re right side dominant, when you start to get tired later in sets or even just under heavy weight, your dominant side is compensating for your weaker side.

Why does one leg look more muscular than the other?
