Why don’t flying animals have 4 limbs?

So, flying animals actually do still have 4 limbs, it’s just that the 2 that correspond with our arms have specialized into wings. All flying tetrapods have 4 limbs, as wings are real limbs adapted to flight. There were some extinct birds with not apparent wings, like giant moas, but they couldn’t fly, obviously.
