Who lost their strength when their hair was cut?

Why did Samson keep telling Delilah?

Because of the lust of his eyes, Samson went after Philistine women instead of one from his people. Because of Delilah’s constant pestering, Samson told her how he receives his strength. As a result, the Philistines put out his eyes (the same eyes he lusted after women for.)

How did Samson regain his strength?

After being granted permission, he prays to God and miraculously recovers his strength, allowing him to bring down the columns, collapsing the temple and killing himself as well as all of the Philistines. In some Jewish traditions, Samson is believed to have been buried in Zorah in Israel overlooking the Sorek valley.
