Although both the cities offer amazing weekend gateways, number of such gateways is relatively higher in Pune than Bengaluru. Pune, known as the cultural capital of India, is a relaxed, and laid back city when compared with Bengaluru, which is fast-paced. Life in Bengaluru is busier and harder on the pocket than Pune.

But frankly speaking I don’t like Bangalore due to these five reasons. Bangalore is very expensive city to live in. (You have to give 10 months advance before taking any home for rent) Here you will see endless traffic jams, over-crowded buses, Auto-Rickshaws charging almost double money every time, a chaotic airport and railway station.

Bangalore is dealing with many problems that come from proliferating in a developing country, including social inequality, an increasing number of slums, public health crises from sewage issues and water shortages, and mass displacement.

How can we solve the population explosion problem in Bangalore?

This problem can be solved by establishing tech parks in various other cities of Karnataka (Mysore, Mangalore, Shimoga, Hubli , etc), thereby decentralisating of population as well as creating job opportunities to the people from other parts of the state.
