Now I try to limit myself to 3-5 games then take a break. When I do this I usually win more than I lose so I’m going to keep doing it….
- Find and adress the reason why you are losing a lot.
- Improve your tactics, endgames and strategt by studying chess from books or videos.
- Eat brain foods.
- Don’t play with a full stomach.
