I think it would depend on the type, since there is “congenital” and “acquired” Aphantasia. Congenital I think would be harder given the more deep rooted nature and causes of it. As for acquired, there’s two recognized ways to acquire it, brain damage, and mental illness like depression, ptsd, psychosis, etc.
