ANSWER (1) Yes, you can apply for special round of counseling conducted by CSAB even if you don’t participate in JOSAA rounds. If you have already paid the counseling fees during the JOSAA rounds and have also accepted the seat, then you are not required to pay only Rs 1000 for the special round.
