Dell threw up their hands and will not even answer emails from me any more. I plug the laptop in with a Cat 5 cable directly to my gateway and it runs 175Mhz. The obvious problem is the card or the board acrhitecture limiting 5Ghz bandwith to 20 Mhz. This is a known issue on the Inspiron 15 laptops.
