Dublin is definitely more vibrant and diverse. Though Glasgow was more comfortable living for me, with the price of rent being significantly cheaper. In Dublin, it was necessary to house share, despite my higher earnings there.

Ire Culture: Ireland has lots to offer, but love the Edinburgh festival. Sco (marginally) Cost of living: Even though council tax is high in Scotland, I *think* Scotland is overall cheaper. Having a NHS helps too. It’s another 10 years for me, but state pension in Ireland is more generous.
