In the Manga when Zamasu and Goku Black fuse they become completely Immortal while in the Anime Goku Black never wished to become Immortal therefor the Fusion is only Half Immortal (AKA durable as hell.)

It wasnt zeno who killed black Goku. It was trunks. When trunks, with his spirit sword, bisected fused zamasu, the very moment black Goku died. Because only zamasu was immortal not black goku, zamasu has able to come back and spread himself upon the entire universe.

Goku is still technically a mortal. He only has God ki when he’s in SSG form (also SSB, but it’s mixed with his normal ki, allowing other mortals to sense his power). He would only be a true God if he had God ki in his base form.
