Can you use shillelagh with a shield?
You can cast shillelagh with a shield and staff. The M and S can be used by the same hand.

No. Shillelagh doesn’t let you enchant an item for others to use. It doesn’t combo particularly well with Wild Shape.

Basically, you can, so long as the second spell is a cantrip with a casting time of one action. So Shillelagh + Fire Bolt (or any other action cantrip) is fine, but Shillelagh + Fireball (or any other leveled spell, or non-action spell) is not.
