Can you take ammo out of a magazine?

Yes. With most detachable rifle and handgun magazines, you’ll just slide the bullets out from the front. With a revolver you can pick them out individually from the rear or use the cartridge ejection rod to dump out the whole cylinder at once.

Can a gun shoot without a clip?
