Can we participate in Csab without participating in JoSAA?

Yes you can participate in CSAB counselling without participating in JoSAA counselling. Central Seat Allocation Board will be conducting CSAB 2021 to provide admissions into the participating institutes (IIITs, NITs, and GFTIs) on the basis of JEE Main scores.

How can I participate in CSAB Counselling?

Registration:

  1. The candidates will have to visit the official website and click on the registration link. (link will be updated)
  2. Using JEE Main 2021 application number and password, the candidates will have to register for CSAB 2021 special round.
  3. The documents have to be uploaded as specified by the exam authorities.

Who can take part in CSAB through JOSAA?

Candidates who have accept the seat and paid the partial admission fee through JoSAA can also take part in CSAB. Candidates who have opted for ‘Not to Participate in Special Round’ at the time of reporting are not eligible for CSAB.

What is the refund of seat allotment fee in JosAA?

Candidates who chose to withdraw allotted seat in JoSAA counselling and do not want to participate in the special round are entitled for the refund of seat allotment fee with a deduction of Rs. 1,200.
