Definitely YES. In CSAB round, candidates are allowed for fresh registration and choice filling if they have not opted for any seat or couldn’t get any seat in JoSAA counselling. The candidates who have participated in JoSAA counselling earlier are also allowed again to fill/modify their previous choices in CSAB round.
