Education branches only require you to have a Post Graduate degree in the required subjects as per notification. Merchant navy has nothing to do with BSC. IF you want to join engine side then Your B tech degree will help you out but BSc in physics cant help you much. But on the basis of your 10th and 12th marks you can easily join Merchant navy.
