You understand and agree that the TaskRabbit Happiness Pledge is not insurance, and that no User or third party is an insured or third party beneficiary. The Happiness Pledge will only compensate for Losses to the extent not otherwise covered by your Personal Insurance.

How do I dispute TaskRabbit?

To contact TaskRabbit about any damages, injuries or invoice disputes, our Customer Support Team is available via live chat, phone or email. If you have any relevant documentation, such as pictures or receipts, we ask that you please submit them as they will be required to complete your claim.
