Hey guys, recently I got selected in both TCS and Accenture campus recruitment drives, now they are giving identical salary (3.16 lakh PA for TCS and 3.0 for Accenture), but Accenture will be giving 23k per month as fixed salary while TCS will give 19k per month as fixed salary and rest 5k is variable, and so I need to make a choice asap.

What do you like most about Mindtree?

The other important aspect which I liked in Mindtree was the working of TSA. They will be going to Old age home and Orphanage every second Saturday. I also accompanied them for all these months. The sense of fulfillment was there when I visit there. I liked the places and started visiting the places every month.

What is it like to work at CTS?

It was the happy time back to the good old days of CTS. In the mean while I also completed my MBA degree which is biggest thing as I worked and did it. The project went smooth and I gained much more confidence in my ability and tried to utilize it to the fullest.

Which company provides better work environment between Accenture and onsite?

Onsite is really based on the projects and your performance , Both the companies provide better onsite ! Uhu, Not Gonna Happen! Work environment in Accenture is better overall. But it is human being that work in every company so it cannot be “tied” to one company. Hike in Accenture depends on performance.
