Who are eligible for Csab Counselling?

CSAB SFTI Eligibility Criteria 2021 Candidates should have qualified 10+2 or equivalent exam with at least 45\% aggregate marks. SC/ST/OBC-NCL/PwD category candidates should have obtained at least 40\% aggregate marks.

What is difference between JoSAA and CSAB?

The basic difference is that once JoSAA completes its process of admissions for IITs, NITs and other colleges, CSAB conducts some special rounds(generally 2 rounds) to fill up the vacant seats of NITs, IIITs and other colleges (not for IITs).

Is Csab for IIT also?

Csab special round seat allocation is not for iits .

What is the difference between JOSAA counselling and CSAB counselling?

As the JoSAA counselling is now over, CSAB is the official conducting body to provide admissions to students for the vacant seats left in different institutes such as IIITs, NITs, and GFTIs on the basis of their JEE Main scores. CSAB counselling is done solely for courses of B.E / B. Tech as well as B. Arch/B. Plan.

What is CCB and CSAB?

A Central Counselling Board (CCB) constituted by the Govt. of India coordinated admissions to UG degree programmes in engineering, technology and architecture in respect of selected institutes till 2012. From 2013 onwards, CCB and AIEEE have been renamed as Central Seat Allocation Board (CSAB) and JEE (Main) respectively.

When will the Central Seat Allocation Board (CSAB) counselling result be released?

Central Seat Allocation Board (CSAB) will release the round-wise seat allotment result of the counselling conducted for admission to BTech courses offered by NITs, IIEST, IIITs and GFTIs.
