Does the case come with standoff screws?

No! They do not. It’s a common misconception, as standoffs are included with (or built onto) the computer case itself. Motherboards are standardized within form factors, but cases can vary significantly in shape, size, and depth, so screws and standoffs are included to guarantee compatibility.

What happens if you miss a motherboard standoff?

You’ll be fine in the short term, but go ahead and order a kit full of spare screws/standsoff’s and install the missing one when you get it. You’ll be good to go in about 10 minutes or less.

Do standoffs ground motherboard?

Since you still need a way to render what you see on your monitor, you’ll need a processor with an Integrated Graphics Processing Unit (or iGPU for short).
