It doesn’t matter if the mother get pregnant by a US Citizen or even another illegal the current laws are the same. There are even illegitimate “travel agencies” that set up for a fee, lodging, meals, Dr. visits and child birth so people can come to the US just to give birth to a citizen. Also applies to vacationers and others here on a visa.
