Yes, You can check your own cervix. Did it with my last pregnancy and dr was just fine with it. In all honesty for a person who has checked their own cervix due to previous fertility issues, I’m pretty “in sync” with my body and my dr even made the comment that you’ll be more gentle than anyone else ever will as it’s your own body.
